【肉丝烩扁豆】
【肉丝烩扁豆】 by 毛毛妈 简单又好吃的下饭菜。 用料: 1:里脊肉100克,盐1/6茶匙,生粉2茶匙,水1大匙; 2:扁豆600克; 3:橄榄油2大匙,葱花1大匙,姜片1茶匙; 4: 生抽1大匙,头抽1大匙,老抽1.5茶匙,水2/3杯,糖1/2茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙; 5:香油1茶匙。 注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。 做法: 1、里脊肉切丝,加上剩余1料,拌匀用手抓捏1-2分钟,再腌20分钟(图1)。如果能提前一天准备,放冰箱腌过夜的话,肉会更嫩。扁豆角切寸段(图2)。 2、不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1大匙油,放入肉丝(图3)炒至肉丝外面变白捞出。 3、原锅加1大匙油,开大火炒香3料里的葱花和姜片(图4),下扁豆翻炒1分钟(图5)。依次加入4料(图6),调大中火,煮至汁浓扁豆软身。 4、接着放入炒好的肉丝,及1茶匙香油(图7),再炒煮1分钟出锅。 You might also like:Ultimate Apple Crisp【Salt and Pepper Egg Tofu】【椒盐玉子豆腐】鲜虾酿香菇Shrimp stuffed mushrooms鲜虾酿香菇Shrimp stuffed mushrooms炒胜瓜Stir fried Luffa in soy paste炒胜瓜Stir fried Luffa in soy … Continue reading
